TODAY !
was being dragged to wake up early in the morning ;
for a run with my dad and brother ;
so yeah .

ran around gomak only ;
and yeah my stamina dropped like noone's business ;
guessed too long never sprinted already thats why ;
since after that incident ?
LOL .

had mac breakfast after that ;
then had yuya's farewell BBQ later evening ;
over at justin's condo ;
which is sooo near my house ;
LOLOLOL .

BBQ foods were great ;
what a pity i only could eat fishballs ; crabsticks and marshmellows ;
