SATURDAY !
had the last FO training ;
over at sentosa ;
and my thighs' muscles were nowhere better ;
walking like a cripple ;
stilll go for training ;
if i known ;
i rather dont go and stayed at home ;
doing typo instead of going there and cant do vigrous exercises ;

but nevertheless ;
somehow survived through the training ;
somehow felt the helplessness within me ;
whenever i see the group of peeps running ;
yet i cant run with them due to some stupid muscle ache ;

but glad that at least i did something together ;
